Scott has been licensed as a Professional Land
Surveyor in Colorado since 1981 and maintained a consulting business since 1985
in Grand Junction. Prominent local projects on which the surveying has been done
by him or under his direct supervision include: Redlands Mesa Subdivision,
Summer Hill Subdivision, Cattail Creek Subdivision, Canyon View Subdivision,
Highway 50 Overpass, Redlands Parkway design surveys, design and construction
surveys on Highway 6 & 50, and several hundred surveys for Xcel Energy for
easements. He has also served as President, Vice-President and Director of the
Western Colorado Land Surveyors, as chairman of the Colorado State Board’s
Survey Monitor Panel and was recipient of the 1998 Professional Land Surveyors
“Citizen-Surveyor Award”.
Doug graduated from the South Dakota School of Mines
and Technology in 1978. Doug currently has 30 years of engineering experience
within Mesa County. Doug has worked in both private and public sectors of
engineering. His public experience includes working as the Engineering Director
for Mesa County Public Works from 1993 to 1996. Prior to becoming the
Engineering Director, Doug was a Staff Engineer for Mesa County from 1988 to
1993.
Jeff received a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
with Honors from the University of Colorado at Denver in 1996. While in Denver
Jeff gained experience while working on a variety of projects, most notably as
part of the program management team for the Stapleton Redevelopment and other
urban infill projects in the Denver Metro area. In 2001, Jeff relocated to Mesa
County where he was able to utilize his diverse experience to advance a wide
range of projects including Residential and Commercial Developments as well as
Capital Improvement Projects for local municipalities.
Dennis received a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical
Engineering from Arizona State University in 1970. He began surveying in Wyoming
in 1975 and moved to Grand Junction in 1978. He has been registered as a
Professional Land Surveyor in Colorado since 1981. Dennis has been involved in a
wide range of surveying projects including highway construction,
residential development, cadastral surveying for the U.S. Forest Service, GPS
control surveying, boundary surveying and extensive design and topographic
surveys.
