River City Consultants, Inc. was formed October 1, 2006 by 13 professional employees. River City Consultants has since expanded to 17 employees and continues to grow.
The owners and staff of River City Consultants have been instrumental in the successful completion of some of the largest and most prominent projects in Grand Junction and surrounding areas including the Redlands Mesa Golf Course Development, Spy Glass Ridge Residential Subdivision, Summer Hill Residential Development, Three Sisters Residential Community, Gateway Resort, Grand Mesa Commercial Center, Meridian Park Commercial Development, Home Depot, Trappers Crossing Development in Durango, and many others.

Our primary services include Civil Engineering and Land Surveying for a variety of private and municipal projects. In addition, we provide Project Coordination, Client Representation, Municipal Process Facilitation and Construction Observation services. We utilize the latest in technology including GPS, Robotics, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
